How we test

This page describes a real testing process, so it has to come from whoever actually runs it. To finish it, we need:

• What you actually measure (run time, head height, amp draw, noise, whatever it is) and with what
• How long a product has to run before it earns a verdict here
• What disqualifies a product outright, regardless of specs
• A photo or two of the actual test setup, if you have one
